Multiple Document Interface [MDI] javascript

This script is being developed and currently not working.

A script for managing multiple documents within a webpage. This is presented as an alternate to opening new browser windows. Unfortunately it will not be able to load new pages (I think…?)

Currently supported

Open a new window
Resize (click and drag bottom–left corner)
Move (click and drag title bar)
Bring to front (click anywhere within window)
Minimise/restore (double click title bar)
